Mr Pio's flats are maintained as good as 5 star hotel. Only one suggestion is that the house care taker needs to be polite. Every customer is different and needs to adjust accordingly.

So my experience here is of the appts that are available on Air BNB and the accommodation that was used by my friend's family.The accommodation is good and well appointed>There is plenty of parking and if you are coming by a bus it will be walkable from the road through which the bus will pass from Karwar side, its also very near to Railway station if not walk-able. Its not close to the beach thats a downside rest all is good.

Blue orchid Appartments are well maintained, relatively new and good to stay. Nice and peaceful. Only one problem power back up. If you are into work lack of back up power leads to embarrassing work situation rest all is good so far. Connectivity and home delivery is good too.

We recently stayed at David Tower Airbnb Apartments in Goa during a basketball tournament, and it was an absolute delight. The team managing the apartments was equally fantastic, consistently prompt and attentive to our needs. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms and the entire apartment. Breathing in the fresh, clean air inside made our stay even more enjoyable. One thing that makes a place great and different from others is the host. I believe that if the host treats you like family, then the place feels like home. I can say the same about this place, Felt just like home. Exactly the same as shown in photos, neat and clean. Could get food and other items all within walking distance radius of 0.5km Only negative is the location - the road has no name and getting taxis was a bit problematic.

Amazing place to stay in!! Had a lot of fun here for 3 days long... Best service provided by the host and caretaker😊
